How do I check my subscription or billing history?
If you are purchasing the subscription via mobile, such as Android and iOS, and encounter any issues, you can contact us at [email protected] or through our discord in the #niji-mobile channel.
When you subscribe through desktop, this will take you to a webpage where you can view and update your current payment method and billing information, as well as find your invoice history.
In the event where your subscription is no longer active, the ‘Manage Sub’ page on the website will still be accessible, but you won’t see a ‘Billing & Invoice Details’ button.
