How do I delete my account?
To request the deletion of your account and data, go to your account settings on the app. Tap "Delete Account" and follow the instructions.
Notes:
Your data will be marked for deletion, and your subscription will be cancelled.
To avoid inadvertent data deletion, you will have 30 days to reverse your request.
If you have an active subscription through the nijić»journey app, you must cancel your subscription first before deleting your account. You can follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription on the app.
